Tech Recycle takes on apprentices
Tech Recycle has joined the National Advanced Apprenticeship Scheme for IT Professionals. We are pleased to welcome Adam, Mark, Sam and Tom who will be working towards their Level 3 Diploma in IT under the guidance of Tech Recycle.

Tech Recycle is moving
Almost ready for the big move to our new premises. Twice the size of our current base and with scope for us to continue improving our green credentials. We will be starting with flushing toilets using grey (rain) water, 2 x 1000 litre water containers to catch rain water for the natural garden and heating the unit using recycled wood. We are a bit hard to miss with a bright white unit and a 120″ tower in the back garden.

December 2011 – Tech Recycle partner with Farnham ASSIST
Farnham ASSIST are a Christian organisation supporting older people living in Farnham, meeting them where they are and showing God’s love through their work.
Amongst many other activities, Farnham ASSIST run a very popular ‘Understanding Computers’ session, which provide individual training at your own pace on whatever you would like to do. Our volunteers will show you how to use the computer in a non-technical way! Tech Recycle are working with Farnham ASSIST to provide high quality, low cost IT equipment while raising money for a very worthwhile cause. The net profits from the sale of computer equipment through Farnham ASSIST will go straight to the charity.

Our new shop selling refurbished PCs from £98 and laptops for £125 has opened inside the Phyllis Tuckwell furniture showroom and donation centre. The shop is open to everyone and net profits from the equipment go to the hospice.They can be contacted on 01252 710679
