Since our last feedback request, this is what we did:

We’ve changed the way we provide Duty of Care notices (waste transfer notes). These are now completed electronically on mobile devices and emailed to you before the driver has left your site so you can always find the paperwork. (If you’re interested in our paperless forms system, please click here for more info: GoCanvas)

We changed our ‘ten items or more’ policy to allow for smaller collections by introducing a flat collection charge of £25 giving companies more flexibility and less storage issues.

We’ve introduced a ‘Green Box’ system where we can deliver a box directly to you and you simply call us when it’s full – this is especially suitable for companies with more space

All our vehicles are now tracked so we can give you more precise information about expected arrival times, and you can be sure once your kit is on the van we know exactly where it is at all times and we are in the process of installing cameras inside our vehicles.

We’ve implemented new levels of data destruction certificates- our basic free service hasn’t changed, and all data is destroyed in the same way but we can now offer enhanced certification if you need individual certificates for each drive we process. More info about this can be found in our pdf pack here.

We’re continually working to improve our services and make your life easier, so if there is anything you’d like us to do or any way you think we can improve please let us know – click here for our customer satisfaction survey.
